Shop Tech
As a Shop Tech, you’ll play a key role in building high-quality products from start to finish. This hands-on position involves working with tools, materials, and team members across multiple stages of production. You’ll help ensure every piece meets our standards for craftsmanship, durability, and detail. This is a great role for someone who enjoys working with their hands and takes pride in seeing a finished product come to life.
CNC Operator
As a CNC Operator, you’ll be responsible for running and maintaining CNC machinery to produce precision-cut components. You’ll load materials, monitor machine performance, and ensure each part meets exact specifications. Attention to detail and consistency are critical in this role, as your work directly impacts the quality and fit of the final product. Experience with CNC equipment is preferred, but a willingness to learn and grow is just as important.
Laser Operator
As a Laser Operator, you’ll operate and manage laser cutting/engraving equipment to produce clean, accurate cuts and designs. You’ll prepare files, set up materials, and ensure each piece meets design and quality expectations. This role requires a strong eye for detail and a focus on precision, as even small errors can impact the final result.
Finishing Assistant
As a Finishing Assistant, you’ll be responsible for the final touches that bring each product to life. This includes sanding, staining, sealing, and preparing pieces for delivery or installation. Your work ensures that every product looks great and meets our quality standards before it leaves the shop. This role is perfect for someone who values craftsmanship and enjoys detail-oriented work.
Installation Lead
As an Installation Lead, you’ll oversee and execute on-site installations, ensuring every project is completed professionally and efficiently. You’ll coordinate with customers, manage installation crews, and ensure all work meets company standards from start to finish. This role requires leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to represent the company well in front of customers.
