Requirements
- Experience in installation, construction, cabinetry, or finish carpentry
- Ability to lead a small team and direct workflow on-site
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various environments
- Willingness to travel for installations (day trips and occasional overnight)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Professional appearance and communication
Responsibilities
As an Installation Lead, you are responsible for ensuring every installation meets Black Tie Tables’ standards from start to finish.
You will:
- Lead installation projects on-site from arrival to final walkthrough
- Oversee and direct team members during installs
- Ensure all pieces are installed accurately, securely, and level
- Communicate with clients professionally and confidently
- Problem-solve on-site challenges and adjust as needed
- Protect products and client spaces during installation
- Perform final quality checks before project completion
- Maintain a clean, organized job site throughout the process
- Represent Black Tie Tables with professionalism at all times
