Black Tie Tables’ is hiring a production associate earning $18-$23 an hour.

Requirements
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and be on your feet throughout the day
- Willingness to learn and follow processes
- Basic comfort using hand and power tools (preferred, not required)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Reliable transportation to Simpson, IL
Responsibilities
As a Production Associate, you’ll be involved in every stage of the build process. This is a hands-on role where your work directly impacts the quality of the final product.
You will:
- Assist in the construction of tables, cabinetry, and custom pieces
- Sand, prep, assemble, and finish materials to meet quality standards
- Operate and maintain shop tools and equipment safely
- Support senior team members in completing builds efficiently
- Inspect your work to ensure accuracy, consistency, and craftsmanship
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace
- Follow established processes while staying open to improvement
- Help keep projects on schedule through consistent, reliable work
- Take ownership of assigned tasks from start to finish
