Requirements
- Strong attention to detail
- Willingness to learn finishing techniques
- Ability to perform physical tasks (standing, sanding, lifting)
- Reliable and consistent
Responsibilities
- Sand and prep wood surfaces for finishing
- Assist in applying stains, sealers, and topcoats
- Inspect surfaces for imperfections and correct them
- Maintain a clean and organized finishing area
- Follow finishing processes for consistent results
- Work with the team to meet production timelines
