We’re proud of what we build and you should be too. We treat every piece like it’s going into our own home. If something doesn’t meet the standard it was built to, we’ll do what it takes to make it right. That’s the Black Tie way.
Our Promise to You:
The Black Tie Commitment covers any defects in craftsmanship for work done by Black Tie Tables. Craftsmanship refers to the construction, joinery, and overall structural integrity of our work.
This Includes:
- Structural integrity of the table, including joints, legs, and tabletop.
- Finishing issues such as cracking, peeling, or bubbling.
- Defects in materials used for the construction of the table.
What This Doesn’t Include:
- Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, and stains.
- Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents.
- Changes in the appearance of wood due to exposure to extreme temperatures or humidity levels.
- Modifications or alterations made to the table by anyone other than authorized personnel from Black Tie Tables.
- We’re happy to help with non-craftsmanship repairs at a reduced service rate.
Who its For:
- This commitment applies only to the original purchaser of the piece. It is not transferable to future owners or secondhand purchases.

If it’s a craftsmanship issue, we’ll take care of it.
